Military & Veterans Outreach
Military & Veterans Outreach (MVO) is Barclays’ interface with all facets of our Armed Forces communities. Since 2013 MVO has supported military-connected personnel, helping them learn more about – and take steps towards building – careers beyond the military, which ultimately leads to them landing the right job.
In the UK, our innovative approach has been recognised by the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme, with Barclays being awarded the highest-level Gold Award. Whilst in the US, recognition has come in the form of the Secretary of Defense ESGR Freedom Award Secretary of Defense ESGR Freedom Award.
