We recruit throughout the year, and we aim to offer assessments as soon as possible to anyone who gets shortlisted for an opportunity. If successful, we’ll work with you to agree a start date that starts your Barclays career as soon as possible.
It won’t be as hard as you might think. You’ll be supported by your Programme Support Manager who will keep in touch either at work or remotely every few weeks. You’ll also be able to manage your studies online, through a virtual-learning programme which you can access at home and at work, so you can study in whatever way suits you.
It depends which programme you take and how quickly you complete all the academic requirements. Our programmes tend to last around 2 years, whilst our Higher programmes can last over 4 years.
