What to expect
This is your opportunity to get to the very heart of our Retail Bank on a development journey you’ll design yourself. Explorer is a two-year programme that develops your skills through a deep exploration of the whole of our business. All of this with our full support and guidance. You’ll develop the curiosity, innovative approaches and strategic thinking you’ll need to thrive in the ever-changing world of Barclays.
Business Banking
You’ll join a fast-growing team and work with businesses of all shapes and sizes — from start-ups to globally renowned corporations. We’ll expose you to a wide range of services, including lending, risk management, cash and liquidity management, trade finance, and market leading innovation propositions. We’ll give you all the support you need to meet the challenges we’ll set for you, give you an insight into this changing industry, and help you to explore where your talent can take you.
Customer Care
We support customers through key life moments with Specialist Customer Care—offering expert help with fraud, bereavement, and complex financial needs.
Retail Banking
Retail Banking at Barclays delivers tailored financial experiences across savings, investments, mortgages, credit cards, insurance, and digital banking
