So, the focused training sessions in your induction programme are designed to give you the core knowledge and skills you’ll need to get off to the very best start. From our proud history to the way a bank works, from how we do things here to our strong commitment to sustainability, inclusion and citizenship we’ll help you understand just what it means to be part of Barclays. There’s also technical and leadership training, depending on your programme, and all of this will be reinforced throughout your development journey.
