Key Accountabilities
 Business Analysis Identify high level requirements and then drive out /derive detail of the lower level requirements; via applicable methods (stakeholder engagement, workshops, data analysis), and support the development of business and technical solutions to meet these.
 Stakeholder management – The role holder will need to communicate with stakeholders at various levels within both the Front Office and Infrastructure (particularly within Operations & Technology partners); and additionally play some part in communicating with clients.
 Networking & Influencing – The role will entail some amount of networking, particularly across Infrastructure areas, and the key to success will be the candidate’s ability to negotiate the internal world of Barclays and leverage networks developed to enable him/her to deliver a change/project.
 Communication – Provide stakeholders and change teams with clear and accurate information on current and future processes, business/system interfaces and the impact of making changes thereto.
 Detailed diagnostics/analysis – Undertake diagnostic work to understand specific business issues or problems in greater depth and reveal possible solutions.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership
 Stakeholder management – The role holder will need to communicate with stakeholders at various levels within both the Front Office and Infrastructure (particularly within Operations & Technology partners); and additionally play some part in communicating with clients.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

 Gather information, perform analysis and defining technology requirements, business rules
 Work within existing UX/ UI and introduction of new UX/UI
 Able to design the solution based on the analysis completed
 Exposure to governance, control, quality, and risk management practices
 Good understanding of typical business process paradigms
 Process design and process mapping, design of operating models, gap and impact analysis
 Experience employing change management best practices and disciplines
 Ability to converse fluently with front office professionals
 Proven ability to effectively work across team
