Dein Part in unserem Team

In dieser Position übernimmst Du die individuelle telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kund*innen, die in der Mahnabteilung betreut werden – z. B. zur Beantwortung von Anfragen, zur Hilfestellung bei Zahlungsproblemen, zum Aufsetzen von Rückzahlungsvereinbarungen und zur Behandlung von Beschwerden.

  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen über unsere hausinternen IT-Systeme
  • Dabei erledigst Du alle mit der Stelle verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben, z. B. die eigenständige Pflege der Excel-Dateien
  • Die Einhaltung der relevanten Richtlinien und Standards sowie das Absolvieren der zugewiesenen Trainings zählen ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Sofern Du die Risiken und Kontrollen verantwortest, gewährleistest Du deren angemessene Durchführung
  • Du handelst verantwortungsbewusst bei allen Entscheidungen, die Kund*innen/Interessent*innen betreffen
  • Du korrespondierst individuell und selbstständig mit Inkassobüros, Schuldnerberater*innen und Rechtsanwält*innen
  • Du klärst abteilungsübergreifende Fälle mit anderen internen Abteilungen ab, wie z. B. der Sicherheits- oder Rechtsabteilung

Das spricht für Dich

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufspraxis
  • Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice (Inbound und/oder Outbound)
  • Kundenorientierung mit Fokus auf hohen Servicestandards
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Formulierungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie gutes Verständnis für Grammatik und Rechtschreibung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
  • Sichere Anwendung des MS-Office-Pakets
  • Kompetenz zur Kommunikation mit anderen Mitarbeiter*innen von Barclays auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen des operativen Geschäfts
  • Erfahrungen aus der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche sind wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in unseren aktuellen Servicezeiten: 9:00-17:00 Uhr
