To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Expertise in Business Agility & SAFe implementation across multiple organisational layers
Demonstrated capability to coach at Teams, Teams of Teams (ToT), and Portfolio levels, aligning ways of working and governance to PI cadence, flow principles & value breakdown for early & iterative value delivery.
Proven experience coaching multiple product/delivery teams at scale to improve flow, predictability, and performance
Skilled at uplifting Agile maturity through regular maturity reviews and targeted coaching for continuous improvement, supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineers, and RTEs, and embedding practices such as limiting WIP, reducing batch sizes, managing flow across Kanban boards, establishing clear intake–analysis–ready–in progress steps, and driving improvements in key metrics (lead/cycle time, predictability, quality, business value delivery).
Strong ability to embed customer centric product delivery behaviours within teams and leadership
Able to reinforce the product mindset —customer value, iterative value delivery, lean principles, hypothesis driven development, outcome-based planning and measurement, and translation of infrastructure related work into clearly articulated Business Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories that meet DoR/DoD expectations.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Experience coaching within complex change environments involving Programme–Product interaction
Understanding of handoff models (Team → ToT → Portfolio), ensuring alignment without losing product empowerment, end to end ownership, and ensuring flow across organisational boundaries while maintaining customer centric decision making.
Some understanding of infrastructure, platform, or engineering domain practices
Ability to advocate for “quality built in” behaviours, MVP aligned architecture practices, and collaboration with Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, Principal Engineers, ensuring Agile practices remain relevant and effective in technical delivery contexts.
Capability to influence senior stakeholders and participate in governance forums Using data to guide value-based prioritisation (including WSJF), flow decisions, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Proven ability to coach leadership in forming OKRs and using KPIs to track progress against the customer/business outcomes on their roadmap - assisting portfolio leads in making data-led investment decisions aligned to PI cadence.

This role is based in Pune office.

Accountabilities
Mentor and coach : Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers
Facilitate Colleague Development:Coach and Develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change
Build High-Performing Teams: Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Continuous Improvement: Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Cross Business Collaboration: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units
Agile Adoption: Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
