Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Chennai

•   Understanding the Collections BFA landscape and how the pillars are structured.
•   Multi task across multiple projects and requirements
•   Understanding the overall purpose of the developments/requirements and contribute towards planning for the milestones along with creation of the stories to be put in the backlog and prioritize based on the Business timelines.
•   Adherence to Barclays policies and standards

What will you be doing?
•   Should understand the Technology landscape working with Java, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Cloud
•   Should be driving the sprint backlog and story grooming for the Scrum Teams
•   Understand the business priorities and drive the services/teams to Production by resolving/tracking the inter-dependencies
•   Understand the different rules and controls in place for Data Privacy and Security aspects
•   Understand end to end process flow and Collections flow
•   Understand user requirement and involvement in discussions with designers and Architects
•   Adherence to Barclays coding standards and best practices
•   Help team work towards operational efficiency
•   Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned
•   Conduct Sprint Retrospective meetings post the completion of the Sprints.
•   Ad-hoc analytics based on the business needs
•   Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learnt on technical things are documented and
incorporated in future releases/projects
•   Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior members of the team.
•   Partner with the other functions for technical related topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables.

•   Should understand the Technology landscape working with Java, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Cloud
•   Good Scrum Master/Program Management Skills
•   Should be driving the sprint backlog and story grooming for the Scrum Teams
•   Understand the business priorities and drive the services/teams to Production by resolving/tracking the inter-dependencies
•   Sound Logical and Reasoning skills with clarity of thought
•   Good communication and articulation skills
•   Working on a number of tasks on a variety of different projects at the same time.
•   Ability to build effective internal relationships
•   Exposure to Banking and Finance domains
•   Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations and comment
•   Able to solve problems and to understand relevance to the wider objective
•   Strong reporting and communication skills
•   Ability to work in high pressure, milestone driven project plan

•   Scrum Certified
•   Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
