As a Barclays FX Options Macro Change Project Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the FX Options Macro Growth (MGI) programme, which sits within the Macro Change portfolio. You will work in close partnership with diverse teams across Technology and Operations to deliver end to end business outcomes and ensure full business readiness.

What will you be doing?

• Managing FX Options Macro Growth (MGI) Programme product delivery that ensures on-time, effective delivery of front to back outcomes, in line with programme business case

• Taking ownership of detailed reporting on the FX Options MGI Book of Work

• Responsibility for governance and oversight, following the framework implementation, running governance fora, facilitating reviews and approvals of key delivery documents

• Running requirements and delivery workshops for the FX Options electronic pricing capabilities and product roll-out

• Determining, monitoring and managing the project workforce and financial requirements and liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements

• Monitoring supply related risks and providing clear roles and responsibilities to the initiative team ensuring ongoing costs and capitalisation meet budget requirements

• Conducting business analysis to supplement the project delivery role and/or engaging with technical business analysts in other teams

• Ensuring planned outputs deliver agreed outcomes and that they remain relevant

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a Project/Programme management or Senior Business Analyst role within Middle Office, Business Management, Product or Operations in a Markets setting

• Capability to form effective relationships and work collaboratively with Front Office and Infrastructure teams, including Senior stakeholders

• Demonstrable industry experience across FX and specifically FX Options products

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience in FX Options pricing, risk and rolling out FX Options products

• Product and/or Business Analysis experience

• Experience of Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control processes in Markets

Where will you be working?

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our office at 5 North Colonnade boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
