Join us as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, reporting to the Senior Innovations & Insights Manager, where you will drive the delivery of CRM strategy and wider sales enablement initiatives. You will lead a portfolio of projects, change programmes, and process improvements, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and governance standards. The role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction and long-term roadmap of the CRM platform and associated tools to support revenue growth. You will use data-driven insights and external benchmarking to inform strategy and confidently engage senior stakeholders. Acting as the key interface between Business Management and Technology, you will deliver innovative, client-focused solutions from concept through to implementation. You will also manage external partners, oversee benefits realisation, and collaborate across Corporate Banking to enhance front-office effectiveness.

Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to work across a matrix environment to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to requirements.

  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders with differing priorities.

  • Ability to interpret and synthesise complex data from multiple sources, identifying key themes and opportunities.

  • Proactive approach to identifying root causes of issues, focusing on long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes.

Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of Corporate Banking structures, processes, and products, with good awareness of Business Banking and Retail, particularly where services support Corporate clients.
  • Sound knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean) and root cause analysis techniques.

  • Proven ability to adapt communication and working style to suit a diverse range of stakeholders and organisational cultures.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is based in London.  

Purpose of the role
To support coverage to grow income for both new and existing customers by providing marketing leading tools, a world class learning & development programme as well as analytical support in terms of sales management tools to contribute to the overall success of UKC. 

Accountabilities
· Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing roadmap to provides market leading Tools for RDs and Coverage.
· Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing training plan to provide ‘World Class Learning’.
· Support the delivery of market leading client collateral to provide a competitive advantage to RDs.   .
· Collaboration with Product to develop market leading industry/segment focused products and multi product solutions and Develop and drive initiatives.
· Development of the data capability across UK Corporate to enable delivery of client insights to drive acquisitions and increase wallet share.
· Maximise the positive impact of UCRM and Salesforce as a tool for Corporate Banking.
· Implementation of agreed minimum standards and best practices across UK Corporate  and support this with sales management tools to drive overall success.

· Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.
· Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
· Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.
· Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
· Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.
· Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
· Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem solving processes.
· Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
