As a Barclays CLO Structuring team member, you will work closely with the team’s senior structurers as well the CLO business’ partners in Trading and Sales. The CLO Structuring team is a part of Credit Structuring and reports into the Credit business. It provides the origination, structuring and execution capabilities to Barclays’ primary CLO franchise, working in partnership with Credit Trading, Credit Sales, and Securitized Product Sales

What will you be doing?
• Participating in all aspects of deal execution.
• Interacting with CLO Issuers, senior structuring team members, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, Rating Agencies and Investors.
• Modeling CLO transactions, provide portfolio analyses, structure the CLO, run rating agency stress tests and respond to investors’ requests
• Coordinating the rating agency and documentation process. Negotiate deal terms with managers, investors and rating agencies
• Preparing marketing materials for new transactions. Participate in conference calls and marketing road shows
• Coordinating transaction closing process, including warehouse reconciliation. Track and monitor the desk’s P&L and reconcile with the internal finance teams
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Experience in structuring or Capital Markets
• Experience in CLOs and knowledge of rating agency criteria and regulation
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written and oral communication skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
• VBA/programming skills
• INTEX analytics experience
Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
