Fraud Reporting Manager 
Northampton

As Barclays a Fraud Reporting Manager you will be responsible for sourcing, collating, and reporting fraud losses for all Barclays International (BI) Fraud portfolios. Ensuring BI Fraud adhere to internal, industry & regulatory reporting requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for you as you act as a fraud subject matter expert within the business, supporting the production of fraud dashboards and reporting packs.

What will you be doing?
•    You will be sourcing, collating, reporting and submitting fraud losses to meet regulatory requirements and deadlines (e.g. PSD2 reporting)
•    Delivering of reporting requirements in accordance with a defined audience / stakeholder matrix, encompassing MI, insight, trends and key metrics for the BI Fraud portfolios 
•    Working in alignment to the BI Fraud strategic plan, delivering a comprehensive reporting model, which underpins the fraud service delivered to all Business Units
•    Capturing, defining and developing reporting inputs, data sets, associated metrics and desired outputs as required
•    Supporting delivery of ad-hoc reports / responses to enquiries, including those which are regulatory related
•    Supporting business cases with MI for a variety of fraud initiatives
•    Refining MI and reporting sets, evidencing that information provided is accurate and correct
•    Developing a comprehensive risk MI reporting capability, in order to identify and escalate risk exposures to senior management on a timely basis


What we’re looking for:
•    Proven track record in data management / analysis 
•    Experience of delivery in respect of both management and operational reporting, including understanding of reporting drivers and defining reporting requirements.
•    Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and with senior stakeholders.
•    Experienced at setting ambitious goals and translating into clear objectives and performance plans.


Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Qualifications in Advanced Excel (ability to undertake; Pivot tables, Vlookup, Index and Match functions, VBA and Macros, Advanced conditional formatting, Data validation & simulations).
•    Industry recognized qualifications in Advanced Power Point
•    Prior knowledge or experience within a data analysis role.
•    Knowledge of PSD2 reporting requirements


Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
