PMO Analyst
Prague

As a Barclays PMO Analyst you will be responsible for data integration to support SLA and inform decision making of Senior Management. You will become a go-to representative for any data-related queries. Your role will be to translate requirements between Project and Portfolio Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Design teams. You will also contribute to reports development and streamlining the data flow to facilitate better reporting and Management Information.

What will you be doing?
• Developing new reporting formats and features, as well as developing and maintaining an interface and SharePoint sites 
• Producing reports – ongoing consolidation and production of management information
• Cooperating with stakeholders across all functions and departments to understand their reporting requirements and shaping the reports
• Identifying and remediating the gaps or errors in the group wide toolset to ensure that data is accurate, and reflects the structure of the portfolio
• Supporting testing of new reporting formats and tools in conjunction with reporting tool roll-out by the Group tools team

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with Tableau, Excel and SharePoint 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to balance between details and big-picture thinking; experience in creating and structuring reports and presentations
• Proactive mindset with ability to break down complex requirements; problem solver with acumen to prioritize and work under limited supervision
• Basic understanding of project management including different practices and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall 

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Advanced skills in MS Office BI (Excel, PowerPivot), including VBA 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft stack - SQL, SSRS 
• Knowledge of Python and QlikView
• Experience in a similar Management Information area (data warehousing) or experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

Our Prague office is part of the Operations and Technology Division, and as such, we try our best to stay at the top of our technological game. However, the technology itself is not the most important thing.
