As a Barclays Central Compliance Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work with the Central Compliance Technology team assisting with implementing solutions involving various activities such as; personal account dealing, licensing & registrations. Being a Central Compliance Project Manager will allow you to work closely with the Central Compliance team to understand and capture their needs assist with things such as staffing needs and adherence to budget requirements.

What will you be doing?
• Working closely with various stakeholders in Central Compliance to understand and capture project staffing needs and budgets required to support
• Analyzing and document project budgetary requirements and build location strategy that meets project needs and location constraints
• Preparing business cases for new projects including gathering, analyzing and presenting supporting cost and benefit metrics
• Performing data analysis and modelling to support optimization of project budgets
• Gathering metrics and prepare analysis reports on productivity metrics to evaluate team performance
• Coordinating horizontal functions across Central Compliance Technology to align with team strategy
• Coordinating with project managers in Central Compliance Technology to ensure adherence to committed deliveries
• You will drive recognition and achievements for Central Compliance Technology
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid experience in Project Management or a Project Management Office.
• Proven knowledge on using formulas and pivot tables in MS Excel in support of data analysis.
• Proven experience in using MS PowerPoint visualize and present information to stakeholders.
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Background in finance is desirable.
• Understanding of business case building and benefits realization.
• Professional Agile, Business Analysis, and/or Project Management certifications desirable.
