As a Barclays Head of Wholesale Client Data Operations, you will be acting as the overall custodian and head of the Wholesale Customer Data Domain as well as head of Identify Service, providing control oversight of the c160 and c25 Critical Data Elements (CDE) within the domain, ensuring customer data standards are adopted and followed within business areas.

What will you be doing?
• Leading the operating model definition and operational process approach to create the Wholesale Client data operations team
• Driving data remediation across the global Wholesale Customer processes, to create more efficient reporting, management information and accuracy of KRIs
• Identifying opportunities to collate existing information sources to enable improved customer experience
• Owning the end-to-end service management across Wholesale Customer and Identity Service
• Being responsible for ownership of all processes for Wholesale Customer maintenance and business owner of the Global Data Management Steering Committee plans
• Delivering of remediation programs of work to deliver on our internal and external commitments, including ownership of significant audit / self-assessment
• Providing key representation at relevant Corporate forums and committees to govern the SLA’s and service provision across the mandate and audit letter services
What we’re looking for:
• Deep Data Management expertise and successfully driven global transformation initiatives across the organizations
• Analytical and complex problem solving skills with ability to balance the need to meet regulatory and risk management requirements along with excellent client engagement
• Strong commercial acumen, prior experience in building partnerships/alliances and dealing with third party and outsourced providers at scale
• Demonstrated experience in a transformational environment as well as delivering mission critical systems and operations to support a dynamic business

• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and business-technology focused organization
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage a strong technical team to high performance standards
• Strong planning and operational management background and experience in managing large and diverse operational teams
