As a Barclays Loan Processor, you will be providing seasoned and impactful leadership, with the overall purpose of transforming the end to end Commercial Banking model. This model currently supports origination, trading, and servicing as well as the overall client experience for the Commercial Banking Loan suite of products within the WholeSale Loan Operations organization.

What will you be doing?

•   Creating an end to end understanding of the existing operating model including infrastructure, process, and applications
•   Operating as a Subject Matter Expert: developing the appropriate level of product expertise that then enables an impactful leadership role
•   Working autonomously to drive and deliver exceptional business performance through strong leadership and performance analysis of the business areas
•   Acting as a mediator and influencing outcomes across Line, Tech, and Support groups that drive towards optimizing service and efficiency goals

What we’re looking for:

•   Strong decision making skills. Strong planning, co-ordination and organizational skills
•   Confident and assertive manner that builds trusted partnerships
•   Knowledge of process design, management, and operating model design and change within the digital environment
•   Strong communication & excellent relationship management skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

•   Experience within the WholeSale Loan product or other Commercial credit products
•   Previous Tech related support work around design, functional requirements, and client experience or other operating model design and change goals
•   Knowledge of process design, management, and operating model design and change within the digital environment
•   Operations supervisory experience within financial services
