Treasury Operations Analytics – AVP

Primary Location: Wilmington, DE

The Analytics team is an integral part of Treasury Operations and provides value-add MIS and analytics that is core to the efficient management of the function.The team is primarily responsible for identifying the sources and uses of liquidity across all legal entities and ensuring funding and liquidity is optimized.In addition, the team has primary responsibility for providing analytic support for business specific liquidity and collateral optimization projects as well as the development of reporting to support the Treasury, Liquidity Risk and Treasury Operations functions.

What will you be doing?

•    Identifying opportunities and undertaking detailed trend analysis in order to present key issues and propose solutions to enable Treasury Operations to achieve their business objectives.

•    Producing and performing quality assurance critical MI reporting to support business functions within Treasury, Liquidity Risk and Treasury Operations. To ensure all service levels are achieved, integrity and quality of data is maintained, and customer expectations are met. (Reporting include daily/weekly and monthly Funding and Intraday Liquidity deliveries)

•    Assisting on the development of new processes and initiatives to improve Liquidity and Funding analysis while ensuring the implementation of a strong control environment.

•    Assisting on strategic platform design and development of the tools required to effectively deliver the remit of the function.

•    Continually analyze , design and implement changes to reporting produced to ensure there are improvements to automation and accuracy and that data controls and data governance are improved.

What we’re looking for:

Degree or equivalent, concentrating in Economics or Finance or equivalent experience.

3-4 years experience in an Analytical role

2 years Experience managing people, experience managing remotely a plus

3-4 years Advanced Excel, Databases, VBA,SQL

Skills that will help you in the role:

Previous Treasury Experience

Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, strong numeric skills, and objective thinking

Experience driving process re-engineering and improvement and leading strategic change

Requires strong technical skills and keen interest in large volume data analysis.

Able to analyze and present scenarios from both complex and high-level viewpoints

Able to develop productive business relationships with senior management across Firm divisions
