Vendor Manager

As a Barclays Vendor Manager, you will own the vendor relationship for key USCB Operations services provided by 3rd party partners. You will need to ensure service delivery to the business, while being accountable for partner performance management, adhering to contractual KPI’s and ensuring compliance with operating models. You will also be acting as subject matter expert for Virtual Channels and liaising between Care management, and other relevant key stakeholders throughout the business.

What will you be doing?

•   Owning daily and weekly vendor performance and KPI management; Holding vendors accountable to performance expectations
•   Ensuring to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
•   Holding vendors accountable for reaching and maintaining required headcount to meet SLAs
•   Executing on strategic vision for the Vendors and their performance
•   Developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and cost
•   Ensuring enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience working in vendor management

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience in third party risk management
