As a Barclays Segment Acquisition Lead this is an exciting opportunity as you take real ownership for executing the acquisition strategy and managing a significant digital budget for a Top 3 Co-brand Airline program.  You will partner with channel marketing leads, the partner and the partner's of digital agency to deliver acquisition goals, which drive growth in new accounts and card awareness. Providing an opportunity to bring thought-leadership and innovation around digital marketing.

What will you be doing?
•    Leading the cross-channel marketing initiatives across digital channels (online, email, search and display, social/video), direct mail, inflight and out-of-home channels
•    Partnering with channel leads and analytics teams to develop forecasts and offer plans, work with media agency to deliver digital marketing and media plans
•    Managing relationship with media agency and optimize media budget to meet and exceed expectations
•    Managing, maintaining and prioritizing product build for acquisitions campaigns and offers working closely with Marketing, Technology and Operations teams
•    Evaluating reporting trends and leveraging key reporting tools including producing periodic reporting for business and partner 
•    Developing and implementing innovative ways to grow channel reach and effectiveness while minimizing risk
•    Working directly with co-brand acquisition partner leads to manage and partner needs and escalations
•    Interacting with internal departments such as marketing, compliance, legal, control, and marketing operations to manage campaign, creative design and adherence

What we’re looking for:
•    Bachelor’s degree required (Business related field)
•    Experience in marketing and partnership management
•    Credit card banking industry experience

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Proven track record of marketing, business development and setting strategic direction with demonstrated accountability and ownership
•    Demonstrated leadership ability
•    Exceptional level of analytical skills
•    Travel may be required for this position ( around 10%)

Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington Riverfront. A glance out our windows reveal a scenic look at the Christina River, along with a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the Wilmington train station is a short walk away making travel from New York and Washington, DC convenient.
