What will you be doing?
• On behalf of a global financial services organization, install, upgrade, support, and maintain financially focused software applications and systems including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and TeamSite.
• Maintain responsibility for end-to-end management of portfolio IT services to fulfil business demand and Service Level Agreements.
• Lead delivery of service management and improvement activities, including software application support and onboarding, delivering additional value, and efficiencies to IT services.
• Utilize knowledge of software engineering and development to participate in enhancing relationships with client stakeholders and service suppliers that define and demonstrate value in portfolio of IT services.
• Onboard and coordinate releases of software into application suite and drive incident management improvements across entire suite of applications.
• Oversee governance regarding incident management and problem processes, including actions from major problems, reviews, and high severity incidents.
• Attend service reviews and calls with global Run the Bank manager, providing value add to technical process and outcomes.
• Perform complex issue triage, investigation, and closure coordination including leading triage on major incident calls.
• Collate data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives including trending of incidents, root cause and Management Information reports.
• Review and implement plans and Release documentation.
• Prepare and execute business continuity management, disaster recovery, and group resiliency tests.
• Engage with Build the Bank managers regarding technical releases and maintain 30/60/90 day view tracker.
• Review implementation plans and release documentation pertaining to latest software.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience as an IT Analyst, Application Administrator, Software Developer, or related occupation within the financial services industry.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience with each of the following required skills:
• (1) Installation, upgrading, and patching of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and carrying out administrative activities in AEM including providing work environments to users and troubleshooting issues within AEM and middleware platform servers;
• (2) Designing, developing and monitoring of web applications, services, and systems using TeamSite.
• (3) Performing installation, maintenance, and upgrades to OpenText TeamSite;
• (4) Performing integration, instrumentation, and configuration of monitors for applications using AppDynamics;
• (5) Performing infrastructure automation using Chef;
• (6) Automating regular manual tasks using Go-CD, Unix scripting, Rundeck, and Jenkins;
• (7) Performing debugging to applications using Tealeaf, Splunk, Kibana, and AppDynamics; and
• (8) Performing incident, Change and problem management using Service first.
